Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Program for local programs search your area; this is an excellent program that reduces stress and anxiety through mediation in a group setting; I have always believed in a group healing energy. This program is available online too. It helped me calmed my busy mind and manage my life mindfully.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy – for local programs search your area. Cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT) is a practical, short-term form of psychotherapy. CBT helps people to examine how they make sense of what is happening around them and how these perceptions affect the way they feel (source: camh). This therapy positively influenced the way I interpret my reality and my self narrative. 

Optimum Health Institute (OHI) Body Mind and Spirit Program – I have been extremely lucky that an angel crossed my path and shared this amazing healing place with me.  I have benefited from participating in the program several times.  The OHI total Body, Mind and Spirit detox program, excellent organic raw detox food, daily healthy lifestyle lectures, exercises, meditations, community and prayers has helped me tremendously. The dedicated and professional OHI staff and unique guests are my special tribe and something I will cherish forever.

Be open minded and consult different practitioners, try different protocols and listen to your own body’s response. Holistic Wellness Craft is one of the choices I tried to complement my vegan diet. They believe in incorporating mind and body to heal and promote a natural state of health and well-being.
